Drawing has been a tool for research and visually working out ideas for many years. The drawings have remained in my studio, until recent opportunities to exhibit these pieces have offered the chance to re-appraise their place in my practice and their importance in the development of my work. This series, and other drawings from the series The Unburied and Super Output Areas, were made at the same time as the beginning of my collection of Curious Objects, animations and reading of Thomas More’s Utopia.
