Seas is a small, 16 pp book containing a collection of photographs of seas that have been backdrops to many works from 2008 to 2014. The sea has infiltrates a coastal life, from childhood holidays to family traditions of dipping a toe in the briny for good luck; it takes ones breath away by its coldness and allows us to float on our backs and contemplate the world. Stories and legends of the sea abound. We are an island nation and the surrounding sea forms a backdrop to all we do.
